Diversity working group

In 2010, a diversity working group was set up comprising employees from a variety of our legal and support teams. The aim of this group is to continue to improve equality and diversity within the firm concentrating on the following areas:

• Flexible working
• Career progression
• Minority groups
• Recruitment

The group work together and put forward proposals to our strategic management team.  Members of the group attend relevant external meetings and events, recent examples include International Women’s Day and a roundtable discussion on business development, which were both run by the Law Society.
