Cobbetts’ Birmingham corporate team has advised RSM Bentley Jennison on its proposed merger with Tenon Group PLC.

The merged practice will trade as RSM Tenon and operate across the length and breadth of the UK with local expertise and national strength. On completion of the deal, RSM Tenon will employ nearly 3,000 staff and generate a combined fee income in excess of £250m.
