Cobbetts has advised YFM Equity Partners, managers of The North West Fund for Development Capital (NWFDC), on its £400,000 equity finance investment in dental implant firm, Evodental.

Evodental, founded by dentist and entrepreneur Dr Rajesh Vijayanarayanan, specialises in the Evodental one-day smile, where it can surgically implant a full set of teeth pain-free in a day using its on-site laboratory. The funding will allow the company to expand its existing business premises, provide more treatment rooms and employ additional staff to meet the growing demand for private dental implants.

Cobbetts was appointed to the panel for North West Business Finance in September 2011, and advises the six sub-funds that that make up the £185m North West Fund.
