The real estate team at leading law firm, Cobbetts LLP, has been voted one of the top two real estate practices in the country in the 2010 Legal Week Client Satisfaction Survey. Firms were assessed and ranked by individual practice area, with Cobbetts the only national firm to make the top 5.
 
The survey was conducted in October and November 2010, with respondents comprising senior legal and management personnel within FTSE companies and those listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), plus larger privately owned businesses and public sector organisations.

The ranking follows a year of growth for Cobbetts, during which the real estate team advised on a range of transactions for longstanding clients including Peel Media Ltd, Magnet, Whitbread and De Vere, as well as numerous local authorities across the UK.
