He spent over 10 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the City before joining Cobbetts, and has acted for a diverse range of public and private companies.
He has particular expertise in private acquisitions and disposals (many with cross-border and private equity aspects), joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and issues of securities.
He has acted on a number of high profile deals, including the acquisitions by Wilson Bowden Plc of Henry Boot Homes and Ward Homes, and the disposals by Zetex Plc of its Test and Networks Services businesses. |
