Harender is a partner and heads the London corporate team. She has substantial experience in a broad range of corporate work, including M&A, MBOs, corporate finance, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Much of Harender's work has a cross-border element.
 
Harender's client base is made up of high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, professional partnerships and private and listed companies. Her clients are based both in the UK and overseas, in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on Russia and the larger CIS region.
