Tiffany is a partner in the commercial property team and specialises in development work, including development funding, site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts, building agreements, agreements for lease, overage agreements and joint ventures. She also has considerable experience in private finance initiative/public private partnership transactions. She has advised on a number of PFI transactions predominately in the waste, education and health sectors.

Tiffany acts for private developers, multi-nationals, funders and public sector clients in regeneration and infrastructure schemes.
