Patricia carries out a wide variety of pensions work.  She has particular experience of advising on public sector pensions issues, as well as on the winding up of schemes, scheme amendments, trustees’ powers and duties and other ongoing issues for occupational pension schemes. 

In addition, since Patricia has previously practised in the field of employment law, she has considerable expertise in advising on employment-related pensions issues, including age, sex and disability discrimination, pensions issues on TUPE transfers, pensions provisions in compromise agreements, and statutory and contractual requirements to consult with employees over changes to pension provision.
