Adrian is a partner in the corporate  services team. Working for a range of  owner managed  businesses , Adrian's main area of expertise is corporate finance including private acquisitions and disposals (many involving private equity), management buy-outs, buy-ins, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
  
Major transactions with which Adrian has been involved include the  management buy out of an international pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor, the  IBO of an international recycler , the MBI of a national automotive group from a multi-national plc and various acquisitions in the food leisure and tourism sector.
 
Adrian also undertakes work for many local and national private equity houses and holds several non executive positions with new ventures and growing businesses.  Adrian is also a mentor to the Oxygen Accelerator and a board member of the regional NSPCC.
