Mohamed is a founding partner and heads the corporate and commercial, real estate and dispute resolution departments. He has spent ten years in the legal profession acting as judge at the Egyptian State Council, professor of law at Cairo University, managing partner of Dr. Darwish Law Office, as well as partner at El Said & Darwish & Partners.
He has acted on a number of high profile projects ranging from drafting and negotiating gas sales agreements and subsea facilities installation agreements to banking and finance transactions.
Dr. Mohamed Darwish holds a Master of Laws degree in International Legal Studies, Washington College of Law, American University, Washington D.C. as well as a PhD degree in law from Cairo University. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic and English.
