Eleanor acts for both public and private sectors and has particular experience of joint venture projects between the two.

She has acted for numerous local authorities in relation to major commercial property projects. Major projects encompass a wide spectrum and include town centre, mixed use, office and industrial schemes.

She is also experienced in the area of residential development, including equalisation and collaboration arrangements between landowners, local authorities and developer consortia.
