Jon heads up Cobbetts’ dispute resolution team in Manchester. He specialises in disputes involving company law and insolvency issues (shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties/restrictive covenants, warranty claims), partnership and contractual disputes, professional negligence claims and judicial review. Jon also leads a team which deals with a variety of public sector clients including the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Treasury Solicitor and local authorities.
Jon is the Honorary Treasurer of Manchester Law Society Council for 2009/2010 and sits on the Society’s Civil Litigation Sub Committee.
