Kathy provides general employment law support to both HR teams and operational staff for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector. Her specialisms include advising on TUPE, senior executive severances, disability discrimination and change management.

She is also an experienced Tribunal advocate and is involved in providing training to clients and employment law support for commercial and corporate transactions.
