Stephen  Hardwick

Director

Stephen is a director and professional support lawyer in the corporate team.  His main responsibilities are preparing and maintaining the corporate team’s precedents and know how, analysing new law and practice, researching legal issues and providing both internal and external training. In addition, he also provides assistance in relation to IT specific projects for the corporate team.
 
Stephen has considerable experience in advising on the Companies Act 2006 and has given numerous internal and external seminars on the subject.
