Catherine is a partner in the real estate team.  Her specialist area is commercial landlord and tenant law in the context of telecommunications mast sites and renewable energy schemes.

Catherine heads up the firm's telecoms team who deal with the property aspects of telecommunications mast sites acting for both landlords and tenants, including site acquisitions, upgrades, estates matters and both incoming and outgoing site share.

Catherine also advises on leases and options for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems ranging from large scale multi-array power plants to distributed power systems located on commercial buildings, housing schemes and single residential units.

Catherine is experienced in the creation and ongoing review of precedent property legal agreements within both these sectors and also sits on the board of the RICS Telecoms Forum.
