Ian Ilersic

Ian is a partner in the banking team and has over eight years of dedicated banking experience including acquisition finance, property finance and general corporate lending and security work.

Ian is involved in a variety of banking and finance work for banks, for other lenders (including asset based lenders and invoice financiers) and for borrowers.  He has experience of advising invoice financiers in relation to financing acquisitions, financing companies trading through administration and in relation to cross-border transactions. A significant amount of Ian’s work has had an international dimension to it.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Ian worked in the insurance industry with Royal & SunAlliance and was previously an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
