Guy is a senior partner in the corporate team and partner in charge of the Leeds office. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBO/MBI work and general corporate work.
Recent transactions include the sale of Voyager Networks Limited for c £65m, sale of Motorcycle City to Dixon Motors Plc and buy out of Dyson Hotwork from Dyson Group Plc.
Guy has previously secured a coveted position in Yorkshire Business Insider’s Power 100 – an annual list of the hundred most influential people in the region. Read more about this in our press area
