Sean qualified in 1992 and joined Cobbetts as a Partner in 2004, to head the Manchester Business Restructuring Services Team.
Sean specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency work. He advises banks, building societies and asset based lenders on work out and recovery situations. He also acts for Insolvency Practitioners appointed as Administrators, Receivers and/or Liquidators of companies. Advice is also given to directors of financially distressed companies in turnaround and/or pre insolvency situations.
