Alan is a director in the Business Restructuring Services team. Whilst Alan has more recently specialised in personal insolvency (he fronts the personal insolvency team), LPA Receiverships and the property aspects of corporate insolvencies, he has experience of all aspects of business restructuring and traditional insolvency.

He has represented most of the leading firms of insolvency practitioners as well as advising financial institutions, corporate and private clients on aspects of insolvency and security.
