| | John is a leading planning specialist with over 30 years experience in planning, compulsory purchase and environmental law.
John has advised extensively on all types of developments including large housing and retail proposals, the status of highway and footpath closure, diversion proceedings and associated inquiries. John has extensive experience of projects involving regeneration of Brownfield contaminated sites.
John was principal solicitor with Greater Manchester County Council before leaving to join Lambert Storey and then Masons, where he set up the firm's northern planning and environmental practice. He joins Wilbraham & Co from WDL Solicitors. |
