Graham Muth

Graham is the head of the Birmingham office and deals with all aspects of corporate finance. This includes mergers, acquisitions and disposals for both private and public companies with particular expertise in venture capital work including management buy-outs and buy-ins.

Graham also heads Cobbetts' professional practices business dealing with acquisitions, mergers, partners exit and structuring issues. He has recently acted on the merger of accounting practice RSM Bentley Jennison with Tenon Group plc and the merger of the two leading trade union law firms Thompsons and Rowley Ashworth.

Graham also undertakes public markets work including the reverse takeover by fully listed Greenwich Resources plc of two fully listed Australian companies and the AIM flotation of Ukrproduct Group Limited.
