Lucinda's experience covers all aspects of banking work with particular expertise in real estate finance.  Lucinda's clients are mainly banks, but also include building societies and lenders of all kinds. She has advised on many aspects of secured lending, including housing and investment funding and development funding. 

Lucinda has also acted where the lender is advancing funds to domestic and offshore entities, whereby she has had to liaise with offshore lawyers for legal opinions.
