Sara heads the Receivables Finance and Asset Based Lending arm of the Banking and Finance Litigation team at Cobbetts. 

She was previously in-house legal team manager for HSBC Invoice Finance (UK) Ltd and brings unrivalled contentious legal expertise in the receivables finance and asset-backed lending markets from SME to corporate sector.

Sara undertakes a varied portfolio of commercial finance work for banks, independent lenders, IPs and third party finance consultants specialising in serious breach/fraud and asset recovery work, claims against lenders, guarantee / indemnity / warranty claims, complex disputed receivables recoveries work (both secured and unsecured), customer collect-outs, financial crime, exit planning work and specialist construction sector receivables support.

Sara also provides new business litigation risk management advice and assistance including security reviews.
