Richard has specialised in pensions law since 1995. He has advised the sponsoring employers and trustees of a number of large well-known pension schemes.

Richard has considerable experience of advising clients on the pensions aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals and on the winding up of pension schemes.

He also has first hand knowledge of the issues that pension scheme trustees face, having previously managed an independent trustee company.
