Peter qualified at Cobbetts in 1976 and has for many years been ranked by Chambers as one of the top property litigators in the North West.  Peter has extensive experience in all aspects of property litigation work, as well as expertise in related specialist areas, including environmental disputes, party walls, rights of light and CPO compensation claims.

Peter is also the firm's specialist in defamation.
