Mark is the practice area head of the Cobbetts commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.
An exceptionally knowledgeable solicitor with over 25 years’ experience, Mark specialises in all forms of banking & insolvency matters and partnership disputes. He also undertakes general commercial dispute work, particularly relating to injunctions and professional negligence.
A hard, robust litigator who, according to the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, does ‘not take silly points’, Mark takes a pragmatic approach to his cases and, where possible, used mediation to seek a commercial resolution. He is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
