Richard has extensive experience in acting in disputes concerning senior management particularly in relation to shareholder and partnership disputes and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
 
Richard has particular expertise in cross-border disputes and coordinating disputes in a wide range of jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia and the Caribbean.
 
Richard has experience of liaising with the media in relation to high profile matters.

Richard acts for a number of national and multinational companies in respect of a wide range of disputes and  regularly acts for a multinational employee benefits consultancy in connection with the administration of company pension schemes and issues arising from financial services advice.
