Martin's area of expertise lies in charities and private client work and in particular, educational bodies such as private independent schools and higher education colleges and institutions.
He also acts for religious institutions, non-conformist religious charities and grant making charities.
Martin undertakes work for the Charity Commission as receiver and manager of ailing charities at the request of the Commission.
On the private client side, Martin deals with probate, wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney and is actively involved in residential property matters for high net worth individuals.
