Andrew is head of our public markets team having gained considerable experience bringing international companies to the UK markets. 

Andrew and his team have particular expertise in project managing and coordinating multi jurisdictional matters.  In recognition of their strong international presence, Andrew and his team were awarded the Law Society’s Excellence Award for Exporting Legal Services.

Andrew also lectures with the London Stock Exchange on the legal aspects of joining the London markets in Russia (Moscow, Eketerinburg and St Petersburg), Australia, Nigeria and China and is a member of RAG, the regional advisory group for the London Stock Exchange.
