Our business restructuring services team provides legal, commercial and hands on practical advice across all industry sectors to businesses that are experiencing financial or operational difficulties. We act for banks, factors and discounters, asset based lenders, shareholders, bondholders, pension fund trustees, private lenders, directors and owners. 

We work closely with other teams at Cobbetts, particularly the corporate, real estate and banking teams, as well as external partners including turnaround specialists, accountants, bankers and brokers to devise and implement innovative and successful strategies for reorganising, turning around, refinancing and restructuring businesses.

The team has three distinct areas to its work namely; advisory, traditional insolvency services and services in the personal market place.
