Department for Communities and Local Government

The Department for Communities and Local Government has announced that over the course of the spending review period, their overall resource will reduce by 51% in real terms by 2014/15. This includes the devolution of over £1.6 billion to local government, without which the reduction would have been 33%. Capital spending will reduce by 74%.
