| | Whilst the New Year is traditionally a time for making resolutions and working off the results of Seasonal excess, for anyone involved with HR issues, it’s very much a time to get to grip with forthcoming developments in employment law. Every year we predict a busier year ahead in the world of HR and industrial relations and 2003 is no exception.
While 2002 saw a number of measures coming onto the statute books, notably the Employment Act 2002, and the publication of a whole range of consultation papers on potential changes to the law, 2003 will be even more crucial as many of these changes actually come into effect.
